Geared towards facilitating an increase in client centricity, the newly established BDO Business Services unit comprises an agile and cross functional team that provides strategic and operational value creation along BDO's entire client journey.

Consolidating the functional areas of Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Business Development,Corporate Communications as well as Strategy and Transformation, the unit functions as an integral part of the entire BDO Network. We operate with an inhouse consulting mindset, utilizing our deep insight into the structure
and processes of BDO to maximize the productivity of our internal clients.

In order to lead in our markets we need to first demonstrate internal leadership and drive market orientation by enabling our market teams to effectively address our key clients with state of the art client service. By operating as cross functional teams in an agile environment, BDO Business services is acting as the backbone for this organizational change by providing key operational assets along the entire client value journey, ranging from support in the tendering process to expertly sourced client research and end-to-end assistance in marketing communications.

In order to lead in our markets, given the scarcity of resources available we need to be able to focus our client service teams on the true value drivers in the process, freeing them up from operational/ supportive tasks that can easily be streamlined and centrally distributed. BDO Business Services utilizes both local as well as experts in our Nearshoring center to efficiently source expert nowledge in marketing, communications as well as inhouse consulting and research to aid in the client value creation process.
